中心簡介
承傳紀律、技術與正直的精神。
本訓練中心由香港空手道運動員李振豪創立，以競技空手道及體能訓練為主題的運動中心。
李透過多年外國訓練及比賽經驗，帶回本地希望籍此提升本地空手道水平。亦希望把傳統空手道的不屈精神宣揚給大眾。
我們致力在本地推廣空手道運動，希望令此運動在本地普及化。
除此以外，中心還設有體能訓練班及瑜伽班供希望體重管理及需要放鬆身心靈的上班族。
